What did you do before you were a coach?

I ran and owned a nightclub called Buck Whaley's which became the go-to destination for our members which were mainly from the business and sporting worlds.

After standing down from  day to day operations I started a custom-made furniture business called Kelco Designs which employed over 25 team members and traded for nearly 20 years

Why did you become an ActionCOACH?

Having learned what coaching can bring to businesses I saw the opportunity to help business owners avoid what I used to do myself - working long hours, no plan, no goals to speak of!. It's a real thrill to implement the tried and tested ActionCOACH programme into businesses and see the owner start to get more out of life with clearer focus and an actual plan to reach their destination.
